Changing your password in Windows FlightPrep Software Products:

If you change your password at flightprep.com or in one software application please ensure that you also make the change to reflect the new password on your other installations or other products.

Golden Eagle, Golden Eagle Plus, and ChartCase

To change your password in these products please start the application while your machine has an internet connection.

1- Once started please select Help from the menu bar and select Account Information

2- Once you are viewing your account login information which will prefill in both email and password fields

3- If you have already changed your password at flightprep.com or on another computer enter the new password and select use existing account and then close at the next screen, you are done. If you wish to change your password using the software proceed to step 4.

4- If you have not yet changed your password on the website or using the software on a separate machine and wish to change it using the software at this point leave your old password prefilled and select use existing account and the next screen will allow you to make changes to your information.

5- Once you are viewing your account information make any changes that you would like to make and select submit. Once you select submit you will have a screen that appears asking you to check your email to confirm the changes, please confirm changes within 48 hours, the email you will need is more than likely already in your inbox. If you do not see the email please check your junk or spam filter for it.

6- If you run the software on additional machines please repeat steps 1 and 2 above on them and just change the password presented with the account information login. You are done changing your password.

ChartKey USB EFB Device

ChartKey only needs a password change if you are on a data subscription. To change your password in ChartKey please first change your password at flightprep.com . To view your FlightPrep account information, go to our home page www.flightprep.com, log in with your current email address and password, then click Account Information. From there you can see your account information, your subscriptions, and change your password. To change your password in this product please start the application while your machine has an internet connection. Once your password has been changed please do the following:

1- Open the updater program on your ChartKey

2- Select Help from the menu bar and then select Account Information

3- Change the account information to match the changes you made at flightprep.com Select use existing account, then close on the next screen, you are done.
